Has this started due to the introduction of Pokemon Go in Korea? It's
great to have new mappers, but we can't afford to be using source data that
is not permitted. This user probably speaks Korean. Could someone contact
him/her?

PS I am going through my OSM notes and trying to clear the ones that I can
edit myself, and also clearing the ones where work has been done. This is
why I am noticing these vworld.kr edits. I am also noticing people
deleting name:ko tags, which I don't think is a good idea.
