Yup, we did seminars/workshops because only few people knew OSM in Davao
and some who are aware of it don't know how to edit the map. Maybe in
Manila's case, you don't need seminars/workshops because you have many
experienced contributor in your area. Maybe a pre-mapping party meeting
will do to organize the teams.
And in our case most of the participants who attended the seminars did
not attend the mapping party and those who attended the workshop all
joined the mapping party.
