If you are geo-developer and wants to work with the amazing Project
NOAH team, check the job ad link below.
Note that they are planning to contribute to InaSAFE (inasafe.org).
Along with OSM, I use inasafe in one of our research projects so

Bachelor's degree relevant to position
minimum 2 yrs exp
ability to write technical documentation

Software skills:
GIS (Google Maps, Leaflet, OpenLayers, GeoExt, Mapbox, etc)
HTML, CSS, Javascript
Networking, HTTP/TCP
Python, Java, Django, PostgreSQL
