[talk-ph] DPWH bridge data attributes

This is a re-post [0] of a query I made in the OSMph Telegram channel.

I made an FOI request [1] from DPWH re their bridge inventory on behalf of
the local community. They have additional requirements  (i.e. writing in
"official letterhead", etc) but before I proceed, I'd like to know if there
are any objections or concerns about this request from this channel.

Depending on the quality of the data and if we get the permission to use
the dataset,  it may be used to validate the information already in OSM, or
conflate additional attributes not yet in OSM.
