And now Ian Dees created a FP plugin for JOSM [0]!
Yesterday there was an issue with downloading the plugin within JOSM's
Preferences pane,
you may need to manually download and copy to .josm/plugins directory.

 Hi guys,

Stamen Design has upgraded their Field Papers with the help of USAID.
 Here's their blog entry: http://content.stamen.com/fieldpapers-v2

If you don't know what Field Papers is http://fieldpapers.org/, it's
basically an online service that lets you create OSM-based atlases of areas
you want to map. You can print the atlases and then add written annotations
directly on the map. Afterwards, you can have the option to scan and upload
the annotated atlas and you can then view the scans as backgrounds in the
 OSM editors.

It seems maning has already created an atlas of Marikina:
 fieldpapers.org/atlas.php?id=9p7ffhcw :-)
