Yesterday there was an issue with downloading the plugin within JOSM's Preferences pane, you may need to manually download and copy to .josm/plugins directory. Hi guys, Stamen Design has upgraded their Field Papers with the help of USAID. Here's their blog entry: http://content.stamen.com/fieldpapers-v2 If you don't know what Field Papers is http://fieldpapers.org/, it's basically an online service that lets you create OSM-based atlases of areas you want to map. You can print the atlases and then add written annotations directly on the map. Afterwards, you can have the option to scan and upload the annotated atlas and you can then view the scans as backgrounds in the OSM editors.
