This also exists in Leyte and Southern Leyte. I have commented on one of
the changesets the user made last month but there was no response yet. This
is just to confirm that we are still going to follow what is in the
Philippine mapping convention wiki, correct?

If it is, it does need to be reverted.

[talk-ph] re-tagging eastern samar roads

FYI,

I've just visited easter samar and I think the roads should be primary
and trunk.  I've gone ahead and edited them.  I didn't touch any of
the relations tag.
In my view, even if its categorized by DPWH as secondary, the function
is still primary and some are trunk.
