I'm going to Åkersberga for a short consulting gig this wednesday-thursday 
(the day after tomorrow), and saw that it's very lacking in OSM.  If anybody 
would like to meet up on wednesday evening I'm interested.

Note, though, that I won't have a bike with me. Also note that I'm bringing 
one of our new employees to teach how we do installations, so he may not be 
interested at all. I'm going to ask him tomorrow.

Not very far north, but how about Motala? It fits the other criteria pretty 
well.

Sounds good to me.  If anybody is interested in a pretty small mapping party 2 
hours from Stockholm, I have a couple of suburbs of Linköping that severely 
need mapping. I think a one-day mapping party would be sufficient if we e.g. 
start 10am and finish around 6 or so with a lunch and a coffee break in 
between.

realise that almost a year has gone by. I'd like to organise another.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a location?

My own suggestions:  

1) Somewhere in the southern greater Stockholm area.  There has been a massive 
increase in activity in Stockholm so I believe it possible to "finish" 
Stockholm in 2009 as a possible first capital city to have all its motor roads 
mapped and named. The biggest gaps at them moment are to the south in places 
like Tyresö.

2) A not-too-big town with a population of about 10,000 to 20,000 that could be 
completed in a weekend by an anticipated 10+ people.  Somewhere far north where 
not much mapping has occurred?  Somewhere attractive to visit as a tourist?

Om WGS84 finns så är det som ska användas för OSM om jag förstått det hela
rätt. Annars så verkar SWEREF99 vara samma sak. Lantmäteriet har mer info
än du vill veta

Hej!

Jag har köpt en Garmin trex Legend HCx. Vilket positionsformat är lämpligast 
att ställa in den på för användning i Sverige?
Det finns ju många förslag i menyn. Exempelvis "SWEREF 99 TM", "RT 90", "UTM 
UPS"och "Rikets nät".
