Too bad it is not available from WMS service. I will just download the 
areas I am interested in (mainly the rework of the I-70/I-75 
interchange) and add them as a background image in JOSM then.

   Hello,

I was trying to get the OSIP imagery in southern Ohio (Miami and 
Montgomery counties) but cannot fiond those counties from the WMS 
description at 
http://gis1.oit.ohio.gov:80/wmsconnector/com.esri.wms.Esrimap/osip?SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

Any idea how those counties can be accessed?
