At a guess, they are probably testing how well the system would work for the 
military if the signals were encrypted, as they probably would be in the event 
a terrorist group or foreign military were thought to be about to launch an 
attack using GPS-guided weapons.

Alright, okay, I'm feeling guilty for blowing off last night's meeting after
we'd made special effort to reschedule. My apologies to Rich and Ian, who I
left in the lurch. The rest of you...well, your excuse is as flimsy as mine.

i'm not that upset. i established quickly that attempting participate
in the call from SEFCU arena while a basketball game was going on
was going to exceed the capabilities of my bluetooth earpiece
thingy.

and then it turned out that the visitors were the "team that couldn't
shoot straight" so it wasn't even a very good game. but we did
raise some money...
