Where is it a sidewalk?  I could be wrong, but I swear I've been up and
down this several times and can't recall a segment where it runs on the
sidewalks.

I tried to get stuff like this started with INCOG/Tulsa
Transit/(City/County of Tulsa), but bureaucratic inertia and endless
loops of fingerpointing more or less ensured I was no closer to getting
something like this started there than I am now.
