Re: [Talk-us] all our addresses are belong to you
Hi all, I updated the wiki page for the CAF with some links to converted OSM files: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/MapQuest/Critical_Addresses#Converted_Files http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/MapQuest/Critical_Addresses#Converted_FilesPlease put your contact info down on that page if you're working on a state/province/country so we don't get duplicates. I did, but I held off because most of the data wasn't very useful (points in the middle of the road or in the middle of a field, etc.) When I get home I can upload the files I have. A quick look at several in my area: 1 - Road layout needed updating for intersection improvement 2 - Road name changed or was wrong in TIGER - surveys needed. 2- Probably correct 1- Nearby, but was dead center of the street I consider this a valuable resource, but definitely don't want a mass import. I can use them as good Mapdust reports - the ones which indicate errors are more useful than most Mapdust errors. ___ Talk-us mailing list Talk-us@openstreetmap.org http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-us
