Kenapa ya mail server saya terkadang sering keluar error message :

Padahal user "polypoly" itu BENAR-BENAR ada ..
hal ini jarang tp terkadang muncul ... mohon info-nya ya ...
Fyi, mail server saya pake beberapa komponen dibawah ini:
- postfix-2.3.2-28
- clamav-0.91.1-0.1
- dovecot-1.0.3-10.1
- amavisd-new-2.4.3-15
