Install the appropriate db*-devel package first.

cek dulu db*-devel nya sudah terpasang apa belum

db*-devel ya buat database. didalamnya ada library2 buat dabase (CMIIW)
anda cek aja waktu instalasi, dipilih gak database server? atau kalo pake
opsi install package manually anda centang2 aja yg berhubungan dengan db
misal.. postgre, mysql, dbm, ldbm.

kalo redhat anda bisa masukan cd redhat 1 dan booting ulang lagi, install
ulang tapi anda cukup plih upgrade, dan anda bisa pilih package2 yang
dibutuhkan yang mau diinstall.
bisa juga pake rpm -ivh bla..bla(package apa yg akan dipasang)
