Re: B39 and Menu Navigator

2002-02-10 Thread Andreas Schwartmann

Hi, Bat folks,

on Sun, 10 Feb 2002 at 10:25:57 GMT +0100 (which was 10.02.2002,

regarding B39 and Menu Navigator:

PG Bonjour,

PG On the right top of TB! main window there is no icon showing the
PG Menu Navigator. But if I clik on it : the icon appears brievly and
PG the Menu Navigator is open.

Can't confirm. The icon is there and it works.

Take care,
Andreas

Ctrl-Alt-left|right and folder pane focus

2002-02-10 Thread Alastair Scott

I note that, if the folder list's focus is on the _account_ with
unread messages (ie the '@' line), Ctrl-Alt-right doesn't move to
the first unread message. However, if it's on the Inbox, or any other
folder, it does.

Bug or feature?

Re: Weighted filters - thought

2002-02-10 Thread Gnther Eisele

Hei,

Alastair Scott wrote:

 How does this sound?

Quote good! And if I can dream a little more: Scoring would also be a
feature I'd like to see to built 'cool' spam filters: E.g. if your own
address is not in the from, the mail gets 50 points, and if the from
address has more than 5 digits, it gets another 30 points. Everything 70
is regarded as spam. So you can add two (or more) characteristics of spam
with different 'weights' if you don't want (like I do) to regard (like in
this example) _only_ the '5 digit' rule as a 100% definition of spam.

This is how procmail works, and there are very powerful rules published
for it.
