Re[2]: Kaspersky plug-in - working or not?

plug-in - working or not?' dated 28/03/2002 at 19:49:32GMT + (6:49

Hey Tony,

TB Not only that, it's in their interest to cater for any user base
TB however small. If 10,000 users stopped using Mcaffee because
TB Kaspersky provided a feature they didn't then I'm sure Mcaffee
TB would want to know why and, what's more, how to rectify the
TB situation.

I guess we will just have to all wait and see what happens, though i'm
still not holding my breath for any CA products (the only scanner
software I will rely on) to support TB plugin...

But, like i said before, I'm pretty confident in the resident file
scanning anyway :)

Loss of Multi Task

2002-03-27 Thread Dean

Hello,
I've noticed in version 1.59 and 1.6 that when downloading I can no
longer go do anything with the program. I used to be able to keep
looking through posts, start up post's pretty much do what ever I wanted.
Now the system just hangs during the download process at what ever
post I started to interact with the main program. Could this be related
to the memory leak? Anyone else notice this?

minimize - will not

2002-03-27 Thread JohnJ

I find that often the program will not fully minimize with the _ box.
I can make it smaller or close it but not minimize it and that is even
without any action happening. This did not happen with older versions.

I also get the popup -= The Bat is not your mail etc - and have to say
yes again and again almost as if it is not registering properly. This
too never happened before and yes i have reinstalled the program
again. This past time i Even deleted it and reinstalled fresh.

any ideas?
John

 OK, thanks.

Gene, you really should limit use of Reply numbering to these Lists only,
or better still remove it altogether. RITLabs should 'not' be allowing
that to be the default behaviour of TB.

Because it munges the Subject line due to the fact not all Users will
employ it, so the numbering actually has no relevance. Besides, is it
really necessary, and all it really accomplishes is lengthening of the
Subject line. ;o)
