Reply to addresses with underscore in user part of e-mail
Hello tbbeta, if I replay to sender with underscore _ in user part of e-mail, the %OFromFName expands only to characters preceding the underscore, e.g. trying to reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will expand %OFromFName to user not to user_name. Any confirmations? Is it the way it should be? regards, oleg Using The Bat! v1.60k on Windows 98 4.10 Build A http://www.aleph-tec.com/eicar/ -- very educational test for relability of e-mail anti-virus protection _ Archives : http://tbbeta.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Bugs/Wishes: https://bt.ritlabs.com/
clicking on the left of total number of msgs in mail ticker
Hello tbbeta, if you click on a bit to the left from total number of messages on mail ticker -- nothing happens. Supposed it should open the first unread message. If you click a bit to the right it works well. This behavior was reported some time ago for both sides from total message string. Now the right part is fixed, but the left one is still insensible to clicks. Hello David Elliott, On Friday, May 10 2002 at 01:26 PM PDT, you wrote: Steps to reproduce the bug: John.O'[EMAIL PROTECTED] is not displayed correctly David... I don't think that is a bug, as most Mail Client will not display that correctly, so it must have something to do with the RFC that outlines what a valid address can and cannot contain. -- Nick Andriash Courtenay, B.C.
