v4 is in Alpha State, there is no Installer Version availiable, you
only unpack the .exe Main File and substitute the Stable .exe Files of
your already installed 3.99.x Program Directory.

Please don't forget to backup anything. This is Alpha Software!

The 3.35.6 should go fine, but I recommend you download the last .msi
from the website first. You will do a big jump and the last .msi could
have some fixes on external dlls or language packs.

Re: Missing cursor on host name in Download URL manager

2007-12-28 Thread MAU
Hello Marek,

All you have to do is clickselect the host you
want to allow or block. See attached.

Miguel, can You tell me why I should click to hostname, if it is already
selected, but cusor is not visible? Buttons Allow/Block works without
 additional clicking to hostname.

I guess I am not understanding you correctly. What do you mean by
cursor not being visible? As soon as I Allow/Block a URL it disappears
from the Unresolved tab and the next URL (if there were more) is
selected and I don't have to click on it to Allow/remove it. See
attached.

I'm not sure if I have seen it that way, or not. That is, with no URL
selected. But in this case, can't you just click on the URL you want to
allow/block before clicking the button?

Hello Marek,

Further to my previous reply. Are you getting this while viewing an HTML
message with remote images? Because every time I view one the URL
Manager pops up automatically and the first URL (if more than one) used
in the messages is already highlighted and selected. Or are you perhaps
opening URL Manager from a button in your toolbar and not while viewing
and HTM message? If so, then it may be a correct behaviour to not
highlight any URL.

Yes, I can, of course, but if buttons are enabled and there is no
indication, which hostname is selected, this is a bug and must be fixed.

4.0 Alphas only have been distributed as rar. You should install the
last 3.99 version on the website and later extract the exe file from

Thanks for your reply. Must it be the last v3.99 or does it also work

2007-12-28 Thread Bob Riley
Hi Everyone,

Just today, for the first time, I received two messages which I
couldn't read (until I sent a reply in plain text, when I could read
the messages.

The messages were apparently in .html, because here is the error
message I received in place of the message text (twice, with different
senders):
***
Invalid HTML ! Please forward this message to developers. Thanks.
EAccessViolation Access violation at address 006EFFC2 in module

I haven't EVER seen this with TB, so I will reboot, just in case
something other than the Bat is having trouble.

Take care,

I do not think, TB should hide attachments pane when some type of message
