Still exists the S/MIME Problem as reported in my mail from June 
24th...

When I want to open a message that is decrypted with S/MIME I have to 
enter my passphrase for the key - and afterwards I get the error 
message displayed in the attachment.
   
Rolled back to 4.0.24.16

It's not a freeze of anything but TB here. It is completely hung in
the tooltray. Nothing in the exception logs. Just a dead Bat.

they are menu icons, but then TB should not display them as toolbar icons

I have checked working with nested message and I am not sure, if it is
fully working:

reply to nested message -> opened editor with nested message
forward to nested message -> opened editor with original message
redirect to nested message -> opened editor with nested message
save as to nested message -> saves original message text, not nested one

I have installed fresh 4.0.24.24 on Windows XP and toolbar in QT editor has
size for toolbar icons displayed, not size for menu icons.

But as You cen see, these icons looks very ugly in this size:
