Hello Stuart, A reminder of what I wrote (apparently to myself): Monday, April 25, 2011 at 08:27:28 GMT -0500 SC Hello Tbbeta, SC I am having fairly consistent errors in various IMAP accounts with the SC following messages: SC !4/25/2011, 08:16:04: IMAP - Error selecting folder , server response: 71 BAD SELECT mailbox does not exist SC 4/25/2011, 08:20:51: IMAP - Mailbox does not exist SC This is happening with gmail, fastmail and smartermail accounts. During SC version 5.0.9.2 they seemed to appear with the AV's that were happeing, but now SC they occur with no AV. They do give a little ding error message when they SC occur, during mail checks. SC I see these messages in the log at the bottom of each account. Can anyone else SC confirm these messages or is it just me? I get them on 2 separate computers, so SC it is not completely isolated. Not sure if anyone is testing IMAP, but here is the solution to the above. Make sure no option is selected under Account/Properties/IMAP Fine Tune/Message Download Preferences. I have used TB since ver 2. I never experienced major issues from one release to the next and I have never complained before. I love the product and have said so on many occasions. The filtering and virtual folders are superior to any other client. However, this release is really bad. Yes, of course we are reporting the issues. It's just that all my reported issues were found in the 5 Beta. I never thought they would put out for general release a product that had so many bugs reported in the Beta against Basic, already working functions. They basically broke so many things, all reported, that if I were a first time user of the bat and just purchased release 5, I would ask for my money back. Let's see, it have been over a month now and still no fixes for AV, hangs, virtual folders and filter bugs, all reported in the beta. I will give this release 7 more days. If they can't fix the basic things that I purchased the product for, I will be forced to leave. That's a challenge to the development team.
