Filtering is even more broken

2012-11-05 Thread Stuart Cuddy
Hello Tbbeta,

Filtering in this latest beta is even more broken than before. As well as
filters that only work 9 out of 10 times, one of my filters that used to work
now quit working the way it should. The filter that used to filter to an
archive
folder seemed to have lost track of the archive folder. When I pointed it as
the
correct folder it then started filtering messages that did not meet the
criteria
of older than 5 days.

As someone mentioned earlier this is a very important component of TB and if it
does not work consistently it really not anymore useful than Outlook.

From the lack of response to the above it would seem that your problem is
not being experienced generally. I certainly have not had new filtering
problems.

It is an unfortunate fact of computer life that any software CAN become
corrupted, including TB and including downloads. Why not try restoring to
an earlier version which worked correctly and then install a new download of
the latest version?
