The solution in brief: Download the updated certificate from here (ZIP-file) https://corp.sts.microsoft.com/Onboard/CertRenewal.html Create an new entry in address book Trusted Root CA named MSIT Machine Auth CA and import the certificate corp_sts_2014_chain.p7b.
