Hello Dwight, I do almost all my filtering server side, so have no experience to confirm or cast doubt. I have access to maildrop on some of my accounts, so it is an option for me. Hello Vilmos, 2. I replied to Tony's saying that he is reluctant to reinstall filters... If I would have 22 accounts and a very complicated filter system, I would save it every day... (Copying my TB dir and saving the reg. entry) I think you hit the nail on the head. Copy the whole lot. I was using TB! backups until a while ago when I reported that it wouldn't restore. I then got forgetful/complacent as each beta seemed harmless. What branches on the registry do you back up? Hello gandalfmeister, Are you using an IMAP or POP3 account? IMAP on gmail. Perhaps its just because it is so slow? (takes ... I do still have one POP3 account at TheBat.net. Must have missed it in my rush for IMAP. However, I have created a test filter, sent a test message and the filter works as expected (Move to Trash). When I search the message base, the find window shows spurious matches. TB! says there is a match for every message in one specific account and it displays all message in the Inbox and Sent folders. The account in question is a IMAP rocketmail (Yahoo) account. This has fixed itself!
