I think it's not as difficult.

First I do a backup of the menu configuration of TB! you can use this:

"C:\Program Files\The Bat!\thebat64.exe" /DECRYPT_FILE_OTFE

After  running  it and writing the master password for OTFE you should
select the TBUSER.EEF file and to save it unciphered in some place.


Now  you you only need to do an uninstall, delete Ritlabs registry key
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RIT\The  Bat!),  restart,  and install TB!
another time. After all place the tbuser.def on the mail folder.
