Your message, "... totally useless version for using IMAP" is in accurate because it does work. Put the concern in the bug track or give a link to the specific existing bug track item. Otherwise, enough of the generalizations and blind shots! I for one, just want to get on with testing and applying the product. Jerry Okay, it may be overly unprecise my statement - but it got people talking / writing about IMAP once again - that is my goal. As long as Ritlabs does not official post a statement saying they give up on IMAP implementation on TB! then i will not give up on buging them (and maybe you) about it. IMAP is one of the most important (business related) protocols and now don´t start arguing that TB! is not meant for business clients! Why then would Ritlabs produce their own "professional" version or even a email server ? POP3 is still mainly used because casual users and non experts only know about it. If the broad public would actually know about the qualities and functions of IMAP they would probably all want to switch. Why otherwise would large companies that provide email services allow the usage of IMAP? I am tired of repeating and tired of having to list errors or report the same things over and over and over again. Check the bug tracker yourself and you will see alot of IMAP related bugs. Finally - "useless" - it is. What sense is there in using a client - or even wanting a customer to buy it - and having to tell them - but don´t use IMAP! Even though the package says it supports IMAP - just don´t use it. If you want to use it - well then make ready for errors, no working IMAP connections and so on how to fix it? welll Just close the application and restart it... now that is great advice! Will tell that my customers when they have a problem with a server or client OS - just restart the computer it will fix itself! I WANT A STATEMENT FROM RITLABS!! Finally tell this listing what is happening to IMAPs - if anything - give us a timeframe - a project plan - a milestone - anything !! The Bat! sales are due for excellent filtering (it seems that we have problems with this too, now, I am not sure), multiple email handling, spell checking in multiple languages, templates!, mass mailing, inventive ideas and sometimes working with Exchange. The question in my profession is always this: what is the next big thing? And do that. What is the next big thing for an email client? If I am hearing right, a reliable, correct IMAP support with the filtering, etc. of The Bat! would be a big hit. Why? Nu such thing exists yet. So, if Ritlabs would spend time to do this, that would be unique. Yeah, postponing is unique I guess, but "who gives a sh.t." Quote from actual users. They dont use it. Connection Center
Hi everybody! I´m having major problems with TB! Connection Center. As long as TB! is running and is NOT recieving or sending emails everything is fine. But as soon as the connection center opens and starts sending/recieving the whole computer slows down extremely! This goes to the extent that when browsing (Firefox / IE) the downloading of new information / website stops completely until the connection center closes again. Does anybody else experience these problems? Is there a workaround? Moving, Deleting & Printing a thread...
Maybe i´m too stupid or this feature is actually missing: I have kept around 50 E-Mails in one folder and want to print them all out. Of course there is more than one thread in this folder. If i mark all threads and then say print - TB! only prints the first (actually marked message)! I have to collapse all threads and then mark all messages to actually print them all. Same is also when i move / delete threads. Now i find this pretty dumb and nerving, i my case having to collapse around 20 different threads sometimes up to 10 levels deep. So my request - Please change this so that a complete thread can be handled in one go! -- Christian Grams ## Harlekin's-EDV Christian Grams E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ## E-Mail Disclaimer: http://www.harlekin-edv.de/email/email.html PGP-Key: http://pgp.upb.de:11371/pks/lookup?op=vindex&search=0xD775BF12 benutze/using: TheBat! 3.0.2.1 Windows XP Build: 2600 with Service Pack 2 Current beta is 3.0.2.1 Beta/1 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/

[BUG] Address book contents deleted!
First off - Hello! (i´m new to the listing) Once again the contents of the Address Book are gone! The last updates from 3.0 where not a problem - but this last one dumped the complete address books. Not only is the default personal address book empty but also the ones i created. Can anybody confirm?
