Inserting a smile caused a heavy malfunction

To be clear: I clicked on the tab insert smile right of the text
 formatting symbols.

Inserted a smiley with no problem.

BTW: moving the scroll bar in the opening smileys box does not have any
visible effect on the icons there: they stay and won't scroll as long as
the mouse holds and moves the bar.

Could scroll without a problem either.

It happened the same to me. And when I right clicked on the tab, the
usual menu (with close, delete, etc) didn't appear. I had to click on
Manage Tabs. And this strange thing happened: the tab was named
sokoban and my search word had been html.

I tried again, the same search. The same pointy tab appeared, but this
time I got the menu and I could delete the tab easily.

Altering the server timeout could fix my problem then?

Keyboard configuration

2004-10-17 Thread Maria Cristina Ramos
Hello,

My keyboard is behaving strangely with this new version. It is not configured
correctly. I've tried to write in other programmes to check if it was a sudden
system problem, but no. It's only with TB! This never happened before. Is there a
palce in the programme where we can configure the keyboard.

I'm using a Portuguese keyboard, but the TB! interface is in English as all my other
programmes and OS (Windows XP Home Edition SP2).

I had to write this message in a text editor and paste it here.

Help

2004-10-11 Thread Maria Cristina Ramos
Hello,

I installed the version 3.0.1 (finally found it the the addresses
someone posted). The program produces an AV when it starts and the
spash screen does not go away. I don't see anything but the Menu Bar.
That's why I am able to write this message. If there is a solution,
pleae tell me. I'm going to wait for the answers in the webmail
because here I cannot see any posts.

Sorry if there are many typos, but I'm writing with the spash screen
 covering my message window.

Thanks, you saved me. I still had that file with me, but didn't know
whether I should installed it over this version. I even wrote another
message through my webmail, asking precisely that.

TB! is working again (for now). I was bragging the other day because I
hadn't had any problems yet. Well, then came RC6 Beware
