Help wit The Bat! error on import address

Dear friend i have many problem for import any address list from comma separated
file (.CSV).

The Bat! not import the NAME of the new address in the IMPORT procedure from
.csv file.

Please is possible correct this Bug?

Dear friend in my PC with WindowsXP the header is all ok.
In any other PC with Windows ME the v 3.60.01 the headers pane not appear.
In the "old" version 3.51 and Windows ME all is OK.
It's any Bug?
