I don't even have a toolbar for layout and going back to 9.3.3 doesn't seems to work.Mistery: when I finished the above sentence, suddenly a layout-toolbar appeared??? Kind but flabbergasted regards ,

anyone else seeing this:
in New HTML Editor select some text, format it as bold, italic, underlined or striked out.
In pressed state, the 4 tool bar buttons become all white and do not show the actual state.It happens on the 4k monitor as well as on the FullHD laptop screen.
