2) Choose Add to Address Book
3) Edit Address Entry box pops up
4) Click on Groups

As an alternative, if you open the address book and add a name, when the
Group Selector is choosen, it is fully populated.

Hello Batpeople,

When you click on adding an address from a message header, the Group
Selection Box is empty. When adding from the address book directly,
the groups appear in the Selection Box.

Apparent bug. Confirmed?
