Odd to say the least. ;-)
When I try to copy from my own message I get the full text.
Apart from that my message wasn't an HTML message and like you said
those were especially suffering from the problem.

DN Did you select a couple of lines together or one by one? :)

I copied a couple of lines together, two paragraphs I think with an
empty line in between.

You don't specify your TB version nor your OS, that might be relevant.
That's why a lot of us mention those items in our signature.

 Hallo Dmitry,

It's considered bad manners (and against the list rules) to use top
posting on this list. And doing so while answering a list moderator is
kind of hazardous. However I feel mellow today: Please don't do it
again.

Copy from Preview Pane

2009-08-21 Thread Dmitry Novikov
Hi all,

It seems this old bug is being ignored in latest builds:

Try to copy several lines of text from the preview pane (it seems to be only
applicable for html messages). Then try to paste what you've copied somewhere.
Last line is lost. It just doesn't get copied.

However, if the message is opened in a separate window, everything works fine.

Can anyone confirm this?

Best regards,
 Dmitrymailto:dmitry.noviko...@gmail.com

Copied a couple of lines from an HTML message (in preview) and pasted
everything into a Word document.

Hi again,

Weird... I just tried to do the same on your mail.

Copied:

"Can't confirm.
Copied a couple of lines from an HTML message (in preview) and pasted
everything into a Word document."

Pasted:

"Can't confirm.
Copied a couple of lines from an HTML message (in preview) and pasted
"

Did you select "a couple of lines" together or one by one? :)
