You don't specify your TB version nor your OS, that might be relevant. That's why a lot of us mention those items in our signature. Copy from Preview Pane
Hi all, It seems this old bug is being ignored in latest builds: Try to copy several lines of text from the preview pane (it seems to be only applicable for html messages). Then try to paste what you've copied somewhere. Last line is lost. It just doesn't get copied. However, if the message is opened in a separate window, everything works fine. Can anyone confirm this?
