BG You can't see them, so you can't close them. We got another memory
BG leak.:( Am I wrong?

It's definitely a memory leak. I just was closing TB! and could see
pictures preview windows, closing one by one. :(

Technically speaking, this is not a memory leak. ;-) A memory leak is
when a module is closed but does not release the memory. The bug here
is in putting the frame in the background, so we cannot see it, but
the module is not closed. It doesn't make a difference for the user,
but for the programmer it does.

Not confirmed. Just ran a test, placed a few message in the Trash
folder, set Properties to Keep 0 days, On exit: Purge, Compress.

On reading this message, I had 16 messages in common trash folder. On
closing and reopening, the trash emptied. Got one new message in
trash. So closed again. It's still there, as you can see in the
attachment 'after2' so I guess it empties sometimes.

Then I focused on another folder in another account, closed TB,
reopened, and the common trash was empty.

DAC common folders do not remember column settings from session to session

Not confirmed. Set the columns to weird sizes, closed TB, reopened,
the column sizes were still weird.

I changed width of subject column and added column for memo. See
'before'

Closed and reopened. See 'after1'. width change didn't take, and memo
column is gone again.

I see what you mean, I jsut canot reproduce it on my system.

But another problem bothers me now: You attached 3 *.png files. I
usually open all of them, rearrange them on my screen around the text,
and look at them while reading the correspondent text. This time it
didn't work. I opened the first one (using the internal viewer) and
the moment I clicked soemwhere outside of this frame, the frame
disappears. It's gone. I can open each one, but the moment I try to
open the second one, or click on the message body, the frame closes.
didn't use to be that way. It may be a design change, but I don't like
it. I would think it's a bug.

The frame also closes if I try to minimise it, and that is certainly a
little bug, not design.

Can anybody confirm?

Yes, I can confirm this. I was really surprised that the open .png window
just vanished when I clicked outside...
