Installing and using Voyager

2011-12-15 Thread Eddie
Dear all,

TB! Voyager (TB!v) is out for quit some times and I did follow a bit
when I had the time and motivation. I usually work with TB! installed
on my Notebook. But now I am seriously considering to install it on a
USB drive and use it "Occasionally". Du to lack of experience I need
to ask those experienced Voyager Users some questions:

[1] I would like to create a folder on the USB drive and have TB!v
installed in there. Is that ok?
[2] Does it need an installation or is TB!v just an .EXE to be placed
in the folder?
[3] Can the Data Folder be any that I have to choice to choose?
[4] If I set TB!v to operate with OTFE enabled but my TB!pro does not
have this feature turned on, can I still transfer data from TB!v to
TB!pro without being encrypted on the TB!pro side?
[5] How does the data transfer from TB!v to TB!pro being processed
(pure practical handling)?

For now those are the most important questions I have. Hope to hear
from your experiences. Thanks!
