Kaspersky Anti-Virus (KAV) PlugIn
Hello, KAV-PlugIn worked in Version 3 with KAV 5 Personal (or 4.5) even it wasn't supported any more. But few day's ago, it stopped working. Some other user could confirm in german batboard.de. I'd like to have more details about new KAV PlugIn, as Maxim Masiutin mentioned in mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]: Kaspersky currently works on the plugin for The Bat!, we are in close contact with the developers of this antivirus. They want to make Kaspersky Installer to modify the INI files of The Bat! to automatically activate the plugin. - can Ritlabs give us the information or must we ask Kaspersky? - when will the new plugin probably ready? - which versions (of TheBat! and Kaspersky) will it support? - will (and if yes how much) it cost? KAV 5 supports each and every mail-client as long as OE is installed. What I meant by support, was, that Kaspersky did write, that KAV 6 checks in- and/or outgoing mails and The Bat!. So I thought, that there must be something special. ;) Besides that, we want to move viruses into quarantine, want to delete them or repair them. And of course, we want to check our message base. The format of the antivirus signatures seems to be incompatible with the actual Plugin version 4.0.1.19 . Rolling back to an older AV signature base makes run the plugin again.
