I would say it is a video card error on that PC. Tried to run it on
another PC?

Humm. Tried it on another and it is OK. The card works fine for everything
else.

No not a video card error.

The PC has IE 6 installed. Loaded in IE 7 and all was well.

At a guess it must be a problem with alpha transparency of PNG's.

I have tested this on a number of PC.
