 Yes. I had mentioned this as a wish a while ago to 9Val. As I said
 then, I personally hold down the ALT key and drag the filter to where
 I want it, but for new people this is a shortcut that they won't
 know.

I'm talking about the conditions in a filter, not about the filter list.
