The problem seems to be that the address starts url: INSTEAD OF http:.

  http://www.domain.com/service/

gets underlined fine.

Which is the RFC standard?

I find that in OE 5, it lops off the  and  and underlines it, and in
OE 6 it underlines within the  and  , but Eudora 5.1 treats it the
same at TB!
