MM not confirmed in 3.0.9.13, both items are available for me.

Not confirmed in 3.09.13 here either. The Bat! starts up with
maildispatcher and fetches mail every 10 minutes without problems.

C  right,  after  doing  a search I cannot go back to the original setting that
C  shows ALL of my messages; just the ones that were found by quicksearch. Have
C  to close and restart thebat for my other messages to show up again.

After I do a search and press escape the Seach box disappears. (I have
the Quick Search toolbar turned off) In order to return to view all
messages you have to return the focus to the message list and then
press excape again.

OK it goes back to the message that I was replying to. Cannot reply to
a message with The Bat! 3.0.9.12 Return. Reverted back to 3.0.9.10

PO Also AV's when wanting to delete a msg (Del-key or [pop-up | Delete]).
PO So far no pattern found to reproduce.

  If you double click the message and then delete it works. Also works
