No, it isn't.
I deleted the voyager tree in the registry and on sending a message
(not on opening and closing the editor without sending) it creates a
voyager\editor\(Standaard)
  \Headers
   \speller\24941\(Standaard)
etc
The other keys:
voyager\(Standaard)
   \LastBirthCheck
   \MslOrder
   \Next Tip
   \Show Tips
are created on startup
('Standaard' is Dutch for 'Default')

You're right. I didn't create new messages in my last test before
checking the registry. The editor and speller still leave traces. I'll
watch better next time.

One should also be able to configure it to use a GPG install on the
