That's  no  excuse. Just because others fail doesn't mean we shouldn't
expect excellency from Ritlabs or, on the other hand, just forgive the
numerous bugs we've seen lately.


I think the point of what he is saying is that not it is a matter of 
software
excellency or not.  Sometimes your very excellent program can fail because 
of

lack of excellency somewhere else in the system.

Getting excellency all around becomes a matter of odds.  The more 
components

you have working together the more likely it is that one of them will fail.

expect excellency from Ritlabs or, on the other hand, just forgive the
numerous bugs we've seen lately.


With  this  I'm  not saying they're not doing their best but we're not
happy with so many bugs... the bugs must be terminated.
