BR I like royal blue AND I don't mind the blue squiggly line or the 
BR thicker line.

BR In all honesty, however, I don't recall what .html replies looked like
BR in Outlook 2003, but I do recall that I liked its .html reply look as 
BR well.

If  I  recall  correctly, the reply was boxed with a thick black line.
Damn fugly, IMHO!

Well, this is a first for me, a small squiggly blue line. That is a slightly better solution than the other thin ones or fat ones. This reply is HTML only.
