Hello Michael,

 As a new member Acronyms such as PTV and WAD mean nothing to me.
 So what do those fancy abbreviations mean?

I misused PTV, that stands for Plain Text Viewer. I should have used
MicroEd.

WAD: Work As Designed.

The best is that you put the abbreviation into Google, that
immediately shows the meaning.

 At us, the right scrollbar appears. At you?
 I confirm, on Windows XP SP2 and on Vista SP1.

It  appears  at  everybody  on  Earth, except Thomas. He has to have a
piece of ducktape on the right side of his screen :
