V Lets say you have TB! main window (A), a mail in full window (B) and
V an other software (C) open.

Everything very quick here. Could it be one of your preferences that
is causing the problem?

This could be. Didn't realize they made them that slow. :)

Something is definitely wrong as I have a Win98 machine with 64 MB RAM
that is not as slow as you describe.
