The Bat! 3.0.9.4 Turning off PC

With TB! running I can't turn off the PC any more by selecting  "Start/
turn off computer". I have to shut TB! first. I'm sure this didn't
happen when I first installed this version but can't be too sure.

Although I normally exit my applications before shutting down PC, I have
tested what you say and I can confirm PC won't shut down if TB is
running. This doesn't happen with v3.0.2.10.

Im  just  simply unable to close the bat, more times than not. Turning
off  the  folder checks which completed but it didnt seem to notice as
it  would  then  error,  and  any further attempts to close it say its
still doing something do I want to wait.

I have seen this happen several times too. The only way out was to kill
TB with Task Manager.

I think the status of the program is still Alpha and far away from what they 
call now Beta.

For those users with OTFE, 3.0.9.5 is still not working.
