Had some odd problems with this one.
Close TB, ran the install, afterwards TB told me it was v 5.1.6.15 or
something like that, even though I was using 5.3.1.0 before the
install. (I know that's an odd way to 'upgrade' but I saw that
notification first.)
My control panel mentioned v 5.2.2
Uninstalled TB
Installed 5.2.2 again and things seem ok.

Had to uninstall it again and manually override the location.

I installed it over the previous release with no problems and everything seems
to be working so far. This is the first time I have been prompted to reboot
after installing the MSI files

I am on XP - perhaps that is the difference. It isn't a problem for me. (well a
reboot is ALWAYS irksome, but other installs require it also) :)))

Most likely, they prompt to reboot if any of the files to be replaced were in use during installation
i.e. TB was running.
