Re: URL download manager
Hello Bill, Thursday, December 27, 2007, 2:36:01 AM, you wrote: BM Six steps doesn't look very easy but it is much more difficult BM to explain it than to do it. Thanks for your reply. I should have been able to figure that out, but for one reason or another, I thought you were talking about a solution that wasn't related to the Customizer-GUI but rather to something I had overseen. Meanwhile I also had noticed I could turn it on by clicking on the Questionmarked Globe-Icon (of which I still don't know what the Always/Never/Ask-choice stands for). -- Best Wishes, Mark using The Bat! Having it come up all the time is a distraction cleaning out my Junk mail folder so I have checked the box at the bottom. If one uses the manager regularly, a keyboard shortcut can then be added (after adding to the pop-up menu). -- Best regards, Bill TB! (1) Right click to the right of the Main Menu and select Customize. (2) You'll see the Customize dialog with 3 panes: Containers, Actions and Layout. Under Containers, click on Message List Pop-up Menu. (3) You'll notice the Layout page now displays the items you see when you right click a message in the menu list. Now in the Actions pane, open up All Actions and then open Message View and click on Show URL Manager (3rd from the bottom). (4) You'll see a green right arrow turn on between the Actions and Layout panes - click on it. (5) Go to the Layout pane and notice that Show URL Manager has been added to the bottom. Click on it and use the up arrow to move it somewhere you like - I picked, for example, between Color Group and Print. (6) Click OK - you're done. Now right click on an email in the message list and see the Show URL Manager where you placed it. -- Best regards, Bill TB! Re: URL download manager
Hello Peter, Where is the menu entry to access the URL download manager? There isn't one. You will have to use Customiser if you want to have it available in a menu. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
