What's new in The Bat! Voyager 3.99.8 comparing to The Bat! Voyager 3.99.4?

MDK Snip..8...Snip..8...

MDK Why do Ritlabs still maintain both The Bat! and Voyager?

MDK I used voyager on my desktop as well as my portable flash drive and
MDK never had a problem. Surely they can just have the one that works on both
MDK systems and cut development time and other such issues?

Different target audiences? I may be wrong but I think that Voyager
uses always OTFE. I don't need that in my computer, for instance.

GF uses always OTFE. I don't need that in my computer, for instance.

I would like to use Voyager on my USB stick also without OTFE.

I was thinking about what Mr. D. said, and I couldn't come up with a
reason why there should be two versions and not only the Voyager
variety (if Voyager allowed the choice of whether to use OTFE or not).
He might have a point.

There are MAPI issues and other considerations when using a removable
device. Explaining that to Joe Wal-mart when he buys a machine would
be challenges I would not invite. I have been supporting end-users
around the world for 20 years. Hence my sensitivity to the issue.

What's new in The Bat! Voyager 3.99.8 comparing to The Bat! Voyager

I've not given it a super close inspection but been running it for 24

certificate.
[-] When working with certain kinds of hardware security tokens, and when the
