this to our collective wisdom:
...
RB how can I get for some time a daily digest from TBtech instead of
RB daily mails?

Taken from the list charter:

8===
If you wish to receive the list digest instead of individual mails,
please send mail to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the text..
  set tbtech digest
..in the first line of the message BODY.

Here's a quick link for it .. just double click here and send the
message that is generated to begin receiving the list as a digest:

mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?BODY=set%20tbtech%20digest

If you ever wish to change back to standard message mode, please send
mail to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the text..
  unset tbtech digest
..in the first line of the message BODY.

mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?BODY=unset%20tbtech%20digest

Freeze subject on replies

2002-04-09 Thread Miguel A. Urech

Hello all,

I wish TB! (and all other mail clients) would not allow editing the
subject on a Reply. That way, people (lazy people who do not want to
waste their time looking in their AB for the e-mail address of a mail
list) would use New Message for a new subject.

Hi Miguel,
On Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at 23:17:40 [GMT +0200], you wrote:

But that would also make subjects like Re: Freeze subject on replies
(was: Starting of a new thread) impossible.

This takes away too much flexibility.
