Reply Formatting Question
Hi, I often receive messages from people using MS Outlook Express, and I don't know if it's the way they have their program set up or what, but when I reply to these messages, the quoted text does not word wrap. I hate have to 'Alt. L' for every paragraph in the letter. Is there a macro or template I can use to have it open in the 'Reply' window properly formatted? TIA Paul I'm using The Bat! Yes. I think there's an item in the FAQ about this. The short version is, discard (or mark for review) things that aren't explicitly to you or from a known sender (or mailing list). I personally also discard all html mail - that gets rid of a whole bunch of spam. By putting these filters at the bottom of the stack, I have never lost a mail message that was important. > How do you set a string in the filters if there is no TO: > address in the email. Anyone have any really aggressive spam filters set up in the bat? I need some pointers or examples. also How do you set a string in the filters if there is no TO: address in the email. What do you put in the string field. I tried leaving it blank and it filtered everything. thanks, Timbo Timothy Casten mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ZDC Area 5 Rep.
