Exactly this. Since msi works like any previous "installer", and these
previous installers work actually as *un-packers* only. And, if you
could manage with previous versions to work via CrossOver, then you'll
be able in this same way to manage with v3.

Just to be sure: Do you mean that I can make a fake install with the
msi-installer and then compress the folder and use it for CrossOver
Office in Linux?
