CM Well... If I make two filters, it almost work: If RE: is in the
CM subject-line, the mail goes to a special filters, but then, we go
CM over to the
CM RE: RE: RE: syndrom :-)
I thought you'd create two templates. One for new messages and one for
replies. For the new messages, you could make the macro for the
subject:
%Subject=[flammer]: %OFullSubj
This will output the subject senders subject preceded by '[flammer]: '
For the messages that are replies, you need to use the subject regex
macro that we've created.
CM The filter it is going to is the one with the expression:
CM %subject='[flammer]: Re:%-
CM %setpattregexp=(?i)\A\:?((re)*:?)*\s*(\[.*\]:)?\s*?(.*)%-
CM %RegExpBlindMatch=%OFullSubj%SubPatt=4'
CM in it.
CM Now, how to remove the extra RE?
Would you send a sample subject that I can test. I don't know what is
really happening. If I see the effect, I can more easily fix the
problem.
CM (BTW: Were did you learn this stuff?)
I gathered it over time. I started at about the same time as Januk,
but where I decided to give it a rest because of time, Januk
continued. Though I read multiple sources, I got most of my
information from TB!'s help and from a book called Mastering Regular
Expressions published by O'Reilly.
