mailing list query

Hi,
I have around 2000 email addresses where I want to send notifications 
every week. Is there an easy way to do it through The Bat! instead of 
pasting the email addresses in the BCC: field?

Yes - put the addresses into an address book group and write to

BCC: {group} 

where {group} is the handle of the group in the address book and
 is literal. (I think). Well, something like that anyway.
